It’s here! It’s now! It’s time to MOVE!

The St George and Southern Utah markets are moving again! It isn’t the crazy activity of three years ago, but the market is breathing and moving and homes are affordable and selling again! That is good news for Buyers AND Sellers. The inventory is being consumed so Sellers can stop worrying about getting rid of their home and Buyers are getting great deals on gorgeous property.

We hear a lot about Short Sales and Foreclosures in the news.  Great homes at great prices! Be sure you know what you are getting into as you approach these bargain bin opportunities. Not all that is shinny is gold. You don’t want any surprises when investing in your new home.

Non-distressed Sellers are pricing real estate so low we have to ask if they are a Short Sale or not! Shop Smart and don’t overlook the “screaming deals” in the resale market. Now is one of those “perfect storm” real estate moments in the St George area. Inventory is high, prices are low and rates are still great!
